dreams

Designed based on a painting of Hilma af Klint and hooked by Gun-Marie Nalsen 2020

Rug hooking , needle felting and proddy

Hand dyed wool fabric, hand dyed wool roving, wool yarn and sari silk

18″ x 27″

Framed on stretcher with canvas

This piece was inspired by a painting of Hilma af Klint, born in Sweden (1862-1944). I liked the idea as she was Swedish, as me, so we have in common something. I loved to make this piece, it has a meaning…..dreams! We all have them!
