I was born in Sweden and grew up in Venezuela. I learned to weave in Sweden in the early 80’s, and went back to Venezuela and taught weaving and tapestry to children. Also did some teaching in an Art School. At present I live in Doylestown, PA, USA.
As a fiber artist and I love to play with colors in different kind of fibers. Because of my tropical background, the colors are always more bold. I have been weaving for many years, but now I love to do rug hooking and punchneedle specially mixing different kind of materials, the results are always very rewarding. Doing tapestry is very relaxing for the soul. Now a days I do a lot of needle felted pieces. I used to share a Studio with Teresa Nieberding, at the Loveland Art Studios on Main, in Loveland OH, where we created our pieces and shared with our artist friends. Now I work at my home.
