ave del paraiso

Designed and punched by Gun-Marie Nalsen 2020

Punch needle

Hand dyed cotton threads on linen

Framed

10″ x 10″

Punch needle is an art that requires patience. It is fun, once you start you cannot let it go! It was long time since I made a flower in this technique, but it happens that I have all kind of color threads, so it came out quite good!

It is a tropical flower, that is why the colors are so fierce! This piece is also going to the exhibition in Madrid, don’t forget!
