playa

Designed and punched by Gun-Marie Nalsen 2020

Punch needle and needle felted

Cotton threads and wool roving on linen

Mounted on a 5″ hoop

Framed

As usual the beach is one of my favorite themes. Love to work with the different blues and green colors. It was punched directly in the hoop, so it is going to be laid on a frame, just a little more interesting way!

This is one of the 10 pieces I am taking with me to an exhibition in Madrid Spain. Wish me luck!
