There are quite a few traditional rug hookers who live in or near Doylestown! I saw your article in ATHA Magazine and thought I should let you know and introduce myself. . We are all members if HUnterdon County Rug Artisans Guild (HCRAG.com) , which meets once per month in Flemington, NJ, about 45 min away. HCRAG has 2 one day hook-in’s per year and also offers a one week long summer school, which attracts at 4-5 traditional rug hooking teachers from all over the US. A few years f us are in the ATHA Wool Whisperers Guild, which neets monthly at Foulkeways meeting room over by routes 202 and 309.
