A vase with flowers for my frend. Some of the flowers are fantasy, others looks real. A piece of lace under the vase gives its royalty! It is so much fun !

This little rooster was a commission from a friend, she wanted him to be multicolor, so I did it. It was fun adding different threads and wool yarn to the tail. He is a happy one! I hope that she likes it!

This is a mix media piece. I started making 4″x4″ squares, some felted and some hooked, putting them on thick 4″x4″canvas, suddenly inspiration came and I put the together, I like the effect. It is like when you see in a kaleidoscope, colors in different shapes. My son Miguel made the frame, so now it is a piece to enter maybe in an exhibition, who knows. I enjoyed a lot working with the different textures.

The sea, the shore, always in my work, I really miss the sea! This came out like an unruly ocean, the water is of different tones, the wind blows…. I never know where they are going. Loved to make it!

One afternoon the sunset was so beautiful in the woods in our home, that I went directly to my studio and reproduced it. I think it is very accurate, but we cannot do better that nature! I found a cool metal frame, so that was it!

This little piece is a remembrance of a summer house , sommar stuga, by the lake somewhere in Sweden, where people spend the whole summer just enjoying the weather and maybe sailing or swimming. It was so much fun to paint with watercolors the background, it makes it special!
