Hand dyed wool roving on wool fabric
Framed
5″ x 8″
It is so much fun to needle felt specially because I invent the shapes of the flowers,
none are very accurate I have to say. I play with the colors that comes out from
my bins, the result is quite good. I like it!

Mix media
Rug hooking , needle felting and watercolor painting
Hand dyed wool yarn, cotton yarn and hand dyed wool roving
Watercolors and gouache
Framed
6″ x 6″ and 5.5″ x 8.5″
I am enjoying making first the painting and then doing it is another media, this time is
rug hooking with diverse types of yarn, interesting how they look alike but different! Also made in needle felting so it is different!

Different mediums, different techniques but always having fun playing with colors!

Rug hooking
Hand dyed wool fabric strips on linen
Mounted on a wooden stool
11″ x 6″ x 8″
It is a way of use all (wish full thinking) strips from other works. That is complete impossible, it looks like they multiply! It was fun to do it randomly, but obviously the head think! I like it, and hope to find a Mom who wants it for her kid … or grandkid!

Rug hooking, needle felting and watercolor
Hand spun and hand dyed wool yarn, hand dyed wool roving and watercolors
Mounted
6″ x 6″
It was so much fun to work in the three different techniques. I did first the watercolor, and then decided to felt it, later on I made it in rug hooking. They are not exact copies of the other, but the resemblance is there.
Love to do mix media!

Tapestry
Hand spun and hand dyed wool on a cotton warp
Weaved on a small Hockett loom
Mounted on a thick canvas
6″ x 6″
This weaving is very special because it was made with hand dyed and hand spun wool that a friend gave me. It was a lot, all colors that you can imagine, and are the snips and rest that came down from her loom. Thank you so much Lynn. It just came out how it wanted to be!
